The CEV Lily series: exceptional, award-winning sparkling wines born of premium vinifera grapes from select VQA vineyards. Combining traditional technique, current technology and his own, unyielding standards, Tim Reilly, our winemaker, began by resting the 100% free-run Pinot Noir on the lees for six months. From there, he transformed the quality fruit into its refined, effervescent state with a natural "Méthode Cuve Close" fermentation.

"Another fine little Cuvee Close sparkler from Colio. This time they use Pinot Noir grapes exclusively giving the wine a beautiful pink hue. Winemaker Tim Reilly also rested the wine on its lees for six months to develop the flavour profile he was looking for. On the nose, there is plenty of strawberry, sour cherry and raspberry; while in the mouth, the strawberry and raspberry reappear with a toasty note.
