typical grassy & green pea character. Fresh, herbaceous
tones are balanced with apple and green fig on the palate to
ensure an elegant, lingering finish.

- Alcohol Content: 12.8%
- Blend: 100% Sauvignon blanc
- Vinification: Hand selected and -picked from a single vineyard. Extended skin contact in open fermenters with regular pump events ensured ample extraction, wine was matured in 100% French oak barrels of which 30% is new oak and the rest second fill for 14 months.
